BDO’s Modern Workplace Practice provides clients with solutions and services in the areas of Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform.\nResponsibilities will include:\nLead Microsoft 365 and Copilot engagements by assessing client needs, designing AI-driven productivity solutions, and providing strategic guidance on M365 / Copilot adoption, implementation, and optimization.\n\nDeliver consulting services to clients, including Microsoft 365 / Copilot readiness assessments, governance frameworks, user enablement strategies, training, and adoption with Microsoft 365 applications.\n\nInteract with client stakeholders to become a trusted advisor throughout the project\n\nUnderstand business strategy and objectives by studying the business function, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats. Elicits and documents functional and non-functional requirements for services to meet business needs.\n\nResponsible for leading workshops to gain insights into end user and customer needs\n\nCollaborate with application developers, designers, and architects to ensure a shared understanding of the business requirements. Understanding of the solutions from a customer business point of view\n\nRespond proactively to both business and project issues and escalate appropriately.\n\nEvangelize Microsoft 365, Copilot and other Microsoft products internally and with clients\n\nParticipating in pre-sales activities including creating and running demos, presentations, drafting statements of work, pricing, proposals and responding to requests for proposal\n\nContribute to strategic direction of the Modern Workplace practice\n\nHow do we define success for your role?\nYou demonstrate BDO's core values through all aspects of your work: Integrity, Respect and Collaboration.\n\nYou understand your client’s industry, challenges, and opportunities; clients describe you as positive, professional, and delivering high-quality work.\n\nYou identify, recommend, and are focused on effective service delivery to your clients.\n\nYou share in an inclusive and engaging work environment that develops, retains& attracts talent.\n\nYou actively participate in the adoption of digital tools and strategies to drive an innovative workplace.\n\nYou grow your expertise through learning and professional development.\n\nYour Qualifications:\nUniversity Degree or College/CEGEP Diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution.\n\nMinimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 consulting, implementation, or a related role.\n\nExcellent customer-facing, communication and presentation skills\n\nAbility to lead workshops/requirements gathering sessions for modern workplace, content management, document management, intranets, portals, and collaboration solutions\n\nExcellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Viva etc.).\n\nMicrosoft Certifications (e.g., MS-900, AZ-900, SC-900) considered an asset\n\nExperience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio is highly desirable.\n\nExperience with power user configurations of SharePoint sites and Microsoft Teams\n\nExperience creating end user documentation and provide training\n\nAbility to identify information assets, classification of information, document retention policy/schedules\n\nUnderstanding of the following concepts: generative AI, large language models, agentic AI, hyper automation, knowledge management, information management, records management, employee experience\n\nStrong ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure to meet deadlines.\n\nAbility to do light project management / project coordination would be an asset\n\nPrevious experience working with a consulting firm would be an asset\n\nExcellent in multi-tasking and time management\n\nThe expected range of compensation for this role is $68,000 - $104,000 annually.\nWhy BDO?\nOur people-first approach to talent has earned us a spot among Canada’s Top 100 Employers for 2026.
