In turn, we offer an award-winning environment that fosters a people-first culture with a high priority on your personal and professional growth.\nYour Opportunity\nThe Full-Stack .Net Developer helps BDO maintain, enhance, and scale bdo.ca and its broader digital platform ecosystem.\nReporting to the Digital Manager, this net new role is for an experienced individual contributor who will work closely with the Front-End Developer to ensure the technical health, functionality, performance, and ongoing evolution of BDO’s digital platforms.\nYou will help maintain and evolve bdo.ca, deliver website development work (new components, enhancements, and system updates), deploy changes through modern CI/CD practices, support data and system integrations, manage database-driven functionality, and help automate reporting and operational workflows.\nBeyond execution, you will apply sound technical judgment to assess requirements, identify opportunities and risks, recommend scalable solutions, and support the ongoing evolution of BDO’s digital platform capabilities.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot the bdo.ca website. \nBuild and enhance website components, templates, forms, and reusable functionality. \nDevelop and enhance CMS functionality (e.g., Kentico), including content models, page types, landing pages, workflows, and publishing capabilities. \nSupport both front-end (React.js, Vue.js, HTML, CSS/SCSS) and back-end development (ASP.NET Core, C#)\nDesign, build, and support integrations between bdo.ca, CMS platforms, databases, analytics tools, workflow systems, APIs, and enterprise applications. \nWork with SQL databases to support site functionality, reporting, integrations, and automation. \nApply sound technical judgment when evaluating requirements, balancing delivery speed, scalability, maintainability, security, and long-term platform health. \nMaintain Azure DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern deployment practices. \nPartner with Digital, UX, Analytics, CRM, IT, and business stakeholders to evaluate requirements and recommend technical solutions. \nMonitor and maintain the health, security, performance, reliability, and operational stability of bdo.ca and supporting platforms. \nTroubleshoot production issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams, vendors, and technology partners. \nSupport platform upgrades, CMS updates, hotfixes, testing, and release activities. \nHow do we define success for your role?\nYou demonstrate BDO's core values through all aspects of your work: Integrity, Respect, and Collaboration \nYou understand your clients' industry, challenges, and opportunities; clients describe you as positive, professional, collaborative, and someone who delivers high-quality work \nYou identify, recommend, and are focused on effective service delivery to your clients \nYou share in an inclusive and engaging work environment that develops, retains, and attracts talent \nYou actively participate in the adoption of digital tools and strategies to drive an innovative workplace \nYou grow your expertise through learning and professional development \nYour Experience and Education\n5+ years of experience in full-stack .net development, software engineering, or digital platform development. \nPost-secondary education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience. \nExperience developing and supporting public-facing websites or digital platforms. \nStrong proficiency in: \nHTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript \nReact, Vue.js, or similar front-end frameworks \nASP.NET Core and C# \nSQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL \nDatabase design, query optimization, and data integration \nRESTful APIs and system integrations \nGit, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and modern deployment workflows \nExperience with CMS platforms; Kentico is considered an asset. \nExperience with reporting automation, data workflows, or system integrations is a strong asset. \nNice-to-Have Experience\nKentico CMS \nAzure, AWS, or GCP \nSEO/AEO implementation, web performance, and analytics/tagging \nAI-enabled tools and integrations \nThe expected range of compensation for this role is $74,000 to $112,000 annually\nWhy BDO?\nOur people-first approach to talent has earned us a spot among Canada’s Top 100 Employers for 2026.
