This is a new role and responsibilities will include:\nTalent\nSupport the addition of new talent through participation in the recruitment process\n\nOn-going mentoring and coaching of the team including of performance management and career guidance\n\nTeam utilization planning and forecasting\n\nEnsuring our professionals have the skills, experience and capacity required to deliver our service offerings\n\nEngagements\nAct as a trusted advisor to external customers and BDO project teams in support of client Dynamics F&O Finance implementations\n\nManage multiple engagements against budget, timeline and scope\n\nMonitor and manage vendor relationships where applicable.\n\nLeading internal and external action planning meetings and driving deliverables to closure\n\nAct as an escalation contact on and off hours as needed and manage any customer satisfaction or delivery concerns\n\nBuild deep relationships with clients and assist in expanding engagement footprint when the opportunities presents itself\n\nAnalyze customer business needs and objectives and provide in-depth application expertise in targeted business areas\n\nStreamline customer business processes to achieve greater ROI within the context of the Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations suite\n\nOperations\nEnsuring effective delivery of operations and high customer service\n\nSupport the evolution of tools and operational procedures driven through the lens of continuous improvement\n\nUpdate / Establish, track and report on Key Performance Indicators supporting the delivery of operational excellence\n\nGrowth\nParticipate in pre-sales presentation, pricings and proposals\n\nAssist in development & implementation of new service offerings\n\nContribute and lead one or more aspects of the practice annual business plan\n\nHow do we define success for your role?\nYou demonstrate BDO's core values through all aspect of your work: Integrity, Respect and Collaboration\n\nYou understand your client’s industry, challenges, and opportunities; clients describe you as positive, professional, and delivering high-quality work\n\nYou identify, recommend, and are focused on effective service delivery to your clients\n\nYou share in an inclusive and engaging work environment that develops, retains and attracts talent\n\nYou actively participate in the adoption of digital tools and strategies to drive an innovative workplace\n\nYou grow your expertise through learning and professional development\n\nYour experience and education\nMinimum 5+ years of Dynamics 365 F&O consulting experience, with strong expertise in one or more functional area (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Retail, HR etc.)\n\nExperience managing a Dynamics 365 F&O and/or experience leading multiple functional consultants on D365 F&O implementation projects\n\nDynamics 365 F&O/AX certifications in the relevant business disciplines will be considered in our selection process\n\nSelf-motivated, articulate, and able to inspire audiences\n\nProcess analysis, redesign, and documentation experience\n\nExperience in working on functional design, configuration, and process alignment with a detailed understanding of Financial System concepts and general module functionality.\n\nExperience working and supporting with ISV’s; Dynaway, SKG\n\nThe expected range of compensation for this role is$115,000 to $165,000.\nWhy BDO?\nOur people-first approach to talent has earned us a spot among Canada’s Top 100 Employers for 2026.
