In turn, we offer an award-winning environment that fosters a people-first culture with a high priority on your personal and professional growth.\nYour Opportunity\nBDO Digital is currently looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Asset Management Consultant to join our growing Dynamics F&O Practice, with the ability to work from anywhere in Canada.\nThis is a new role and the individual will own the following responsibilities:\nAct as a trusted advisor to external customers and BDO project teams in support of client ERP implementations, with a focus on Dynamics 365 F&O Asset Management\n\nPerform a lead Asset Management consultant role on larger projects where multiple functional consultants are engaged, providing mentorship and guidance to other consultants\n\nAnalyze customer business needs and objectives related to asset-intensive operations and provide in-depth application expertise in Asset Management and related SCM areas\n\nDesign and implement end-to-end maintenance management solutions, including asset hierarchies, preventive maintenance, work orders, and resource scheduling\n\nStreamline customer maintenance, reliability, and asset lifecycle processes to achieve greater ROI within the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Enterprise Edition suite\n\nCollaborate closely with Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing consultants to ensure integrated solutions (inventory, procurement, production, costing)\n\nSupport and lead system configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment activities for Asset Management\n\nProvide training and knowledge transfer to client staff to support day-to-day maintenance and asset management operations\n\nHow do we define success for your role?\nYou demonstrate BDO's core values through all aspect of your work: Integrity, Respect and Collaboration\n\nYou understand your client’s industry, challenges, and opportunities; clients describe you as positive, professional, and delivering high-quality work\n\nYou identify, recommend, and are focused on effective service delivery to your clients\n\nYou share in an inclusive and engaging work environment that develops, retains & attracts talent\n\nYou actively participate in the adoption of digital tools and strategies to drive an innovative workplace\n\nYou grow your expertise through learning and professional development.\n\nYour experience and education\nMinimum 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations / AX consulting experience, with strong expertise in Asset Management\n\nFull-cycle Dynamics 365 F&O implementation experience, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support\n\nStrong understanding of maintenance management processes, including:\nPreventive and corrective maintenance\n\nWork order lifecycle management\n\nAsset and functional location hierarchies\n\nMaintenance cost tracking and analysis\n\nExperience integrating Asset Management with Supply Chain Management (Inventory, Procurement, Warehouse Management) and Finance\n\nKnowledge of one or more additional functional areas such as Supply Chain Management, Finance, Project Management and Accounting, or Manufacturing is preferred\n\nDynamics 365 F&O / AX certifications in Asset Management, SCM, or related disciplines will be considered in the selection process\n\nSelf-motivated, articulate, and able to lead discussions and inspire client audiences\n\nStrong process analysis, redesign, and documentation experience\n\nWhy BDO?\nOur people-first approach to talent has earned us a spot among Canada’s Top 100 Employers for 2026.
