Acting as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and clients, you will drive operational excellence across the cloud sales lifecycle, support strategic initiatives, and help scale processes that enable sustainable growth.\nYou will leverage your expertise in cloud operations, Microsoft licensing, customer engagement, and business process optimization to support sales, delivery, and customer success teams. This replacement role combines consultative client engagement with operational leadership, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nCloud Sales and Customer Success Support\nAct as a trusted advisor throughout the cloud sales lifecycle, supporting the acquisition, onboarding, renewal, and expansion of cloud services customers.\nProvide expert guidance on Microsoft CSP, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, and other cloud-based solutions to internal stakeholders and clients.\nPartner with sales and account teams to develop pricing strategies, licensing recommendations, proposals, statements of work, and change orders.\nSupport inbound client inquiries and sales activities, identifying opportunities to enhance customer value and drive cloud adoption.\nServe as a key point of contact for client onboarding activities, ensuring a seamless customer experience and successful transition to service delivery teams.\nCloud Operations and Process Excellence\nLead and continuously improve cloud operational processes across order management, subscription administration, billing, invoicing, and renewals.\nCollaborate with finance, delivery, and customer success teams to ensure accurate processing, reconciliation, and reporting of cloud transactions.\nIdentify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions that improve service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.\nDevelop and maintain documentation, procedures, and best practices that support consistent execution across the Cloud Services business.\nReporting, Analytics and Business Insights\nDevelop and maintain dashboards, forecasts, sales performance metrics, and pipeline tracking reports to support business decision-making.\nAnalyze cloud business trends, customer adoption patterns, and operational performance to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.\nProvide regular reporting and insights to leadership on business performance, key wins, risks, customer trends, and operational effectiveness.\nSupport the development of sales propensity models and other data-driven initiatives that improve forecasting accuracy and business outcomes.\nLeadership and Stakeholder Collaboration\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Consulting, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Service Delivery to achieve business objectives.\nSupport the development and execution of strategic initiatives that enhance the effectiveness and scalability of Cloud Services operations.\nMentor and support junior team members through knowledge sharing, coaching, and process guidance.\nContribute to special projects and transformation initiatives that support the growth of BDO's Cloud and Managed Services practice.\nProduct and Industry Expertise\nMaintain deep knowledge of Microsoft licensing programs, cloud offerings, and emerging technologies.\nDeliver training, enablement sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for consulting capabilities.\nYour Experience and Education\nUndergraduate degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.\n5+ years of experience in cloud operations, cloud sales support, customer success, business operations, technology consulting, or a related professional services environment.\nExperience supporting cloud-based solutions, including Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, Microsoft CSP, or similar SaaS and cloud platforms.\nStrong understanding of operational processes including quoting, subscription management, customer onboarding, billing, invoicing, forecasting, and reporting.\nAdvanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret business data and provide actionable recommendations.\nStrong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office applications.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong problem-solving, organizational, and process improvement capabilities.\nProven ability to work collaboratively across business functions and influence outcomes without direct authority.\nNice to Have\nExperience working within a Microsoft partner ecosystem or Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) environment.\nExperience with CRM, ERP, PSA, or subscription management platforms.\nKnowledge of cloud financial management, licensing compliance, and cloud governance practices.\nMicrosoft certifications related to Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, or Cloud Solutions.\nExperience within a professional services or consulting organization.\nExperience using Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot, or other automation and data visualization
