In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to drive data-driven decision-making. In addition, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams & service lines to develop, enhance and implement ML predictive models, GEN AI, AI Agent solutions to facilitate in decision making, actionable insights thus achieving productivity and revenue gains and indirectly contributing to the organization's strategic goals.\nJob Responsibilities:\nCollect, clean, and transform large, complex datasets for analysis.\nBuild custom machine learning models and natural language processing systems using state-of-the-art techniques.\nLeverage tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kubernetes, and Nvidia Triton Servers to develop specialized large language models tailored to business needs.\nTrain, evaluate, and optimize models for accuracy, explainability, and ethical alignment.\nClearly communicate technical analysis and results to stakeholders using data visualizations, reports, and presentations.\nContinuously monitor models and data pipelines in production to ensure quality and reliability.\nStay up to date on the latest advancements in deep learning, NLP, reinforcement learning, and other AI methods.\nHow do we define success for your role?\nYou demonstrate BDO's core values through all aspect of your work: Integrity, Respect and Collaboration\nYou understand your client’s industry, challenges, and opportunities; client describe you as positive, professional, and delivering high quality work\nYou identify, recommend, and are focused on effective service delivery to your clients\nYou share in an inclusive and engaging work environment that develops, retains and attracts talent\nYou actively participate in the adoption of digital tools and strategies to drive an innovative workplace\nYou grow your expertise through learning and professional development \nYour experience and education\nM.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or related quantitative field.\n5+ years’ experience in building and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.\nExpertise in Python data science libraries like Pandas, matplotlib, NumPy, and Scikit-Learn.\nProficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
