From creating solutions for our clients to building careers for our people, we shape what matters, and that’s where you come in.\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking a Manager to join our Sydney-based International Business Services team.\nIf you're looking for more than a traditional compliance-focused role-one that offers genuine client engagement, international exposure, leadership opportunities and involvement in sophisticated businesses and investment structures-we would love to hear from you.\nJoin a team where you'll work alongside international clients, global investors and experienced leaders, helping businesses navigate the opportunities and challenges of operating across borders.\nYou will play a leading role across a portfolio of international businesses and institutional investment clients, taking responsibility for key client relationships, engagement delivery and team leadership within complex client environments.\nYou will have the opportunity to take ownership of significant client-facing responsibilities while contributing to the continued growth and development of the practice.\nOur Managers are involved throughout the year, working directly with clients, overseas stakeholders and senior decision-makers as part of an outsourced finance function rather than participating solely in an annual compliance cycle.\nOur Client Portfolio includes:\nEuropean and international groups operating across sectors including technology, engineering, healthcare, renewable energy and advanced manufacturing\n\nGlobal and listed fund managers with Australian real estate and infrastructure investments\n\nForeign-owned subsidiaries requiring local finance, reporting and compliance support\n\nInstitutional investors operating through complex investment and holding structures\n\nThis provides exposure to both operating businesses and institutional investment vehicles, often involving cross-border reporting, multiple stakeholders and sophisticated governance requirements.\nHow We Work\nOur team becomes part of our clients' broader finance ecosystem, providing:\nOngoing monthly and quarterly reporting support\n\nFinancial statement preparation and review\n\nCorporate tax and regulatory compliance oversight\n\nLiaison with overseas finance teams and stakeholders\n\nGovernance and risk management support\n\nProcess improvement and finance transformation initiatives\n\nTechnology-enabled reporting, automation and AI-driven efficiencies\n\nYou will gain exposure to a broad range of systems including SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Yardi, MRI and Xero, while helping clients improve efficiency through innovation and smarter ways of working.\nOur Team\n3 Partners and 4 Managers actively involved in client delivery\n\nStrong collaborative culture with direct access to decision-makers\n\nStable, high-performing team with excellent staff retention\n\nClear opportunities for growth and career progression\n\nWe work as one team.
