The role works closely with developers, QA engineers, project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to guide technical delivery and resolve complex technical challenges.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProvide technical leadership and guidance to software development teams throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nDesign and oversee scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Angular.\n\nTranslate business and functional requirements into technical designs, solutions, and development tasks.\n\nLead the development of applications, APIs, integrations, and backend services.\n\nReview and contribute to application architecture, technical designs, coding standards, and development practices.\n\nConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, development guidelines, security principles, and best practices.\n\nGuide developers in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.\n\nCoordinate with QA engineers to ensure effective testing, defect resolution, and overall software quality.\n\nWork closely with Project Managers and Business Analysts to provide technical estimates, identify dependencies, assess risks, and support project planning.\n\nProvide technical guidance on system integrations, APIs, databases, and third-party services.\n\nEnsure applications are designed with appropriate performance, scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability considerations.\n\nSupport CI/CD practices, source control, build, and deployment processes.\n\nIdentify technical risks and dependencies and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.\n\nMentor and support developers, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous technical improvement.\n\nParticipate in Agile/Scrum activities, including sprint planning, technical discussions, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement where applicable.\n\nSupport production issue investigation, root-cause analysis, and resolution of technical incidents.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement of software development processes, architecture, coding standards, and engineering practices.\n\nEnsure technical deliverables align with applicable security, governance, compliance, and quality requirements.\n\nQualifications and Experience\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n\n5–8 years of experience in software development, with experience in a technical leadership or senior development role.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with C# and .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.\n\nStrong experience developing web applications using Angular and TypeScript.\n\nSolid experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and web services.\n\nStrong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices.\n\nExperience working with Microsoft SQL Server, including SQL queries, database design, and performance considerations.\n\nExperience with Agile/Scrum and software development lifecycle methodologies.\n\nExperience with Git-based source control and modern software development practices.\n\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes is an advantage.\n\nExperience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms is an advantage.\n\nExperience with microservices, distributed systems, or event-driven architectures is an advantage.\n\nExperience with application security, authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.\n\nExperience mentoring developers and providing technical guidance within a development team.\n\nRelevant certifications in Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, Agile, or software architecture are an advantage.\n\nSkills and Competencies\n\nStrong technical leadership and problem-solving skills.\n\nStrong hands-on development skills in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Angular, and TypeScript.\n\nStrong understanding of software architecture and application design principles.\n\nGood understanding of REST APIs, integrations, databases, and distributed application concepts.\n\nStrong code review, debugging, and technical troubleshooting abilities.\n\nAbility to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.\n\nStrong analytical and decision-making skills.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\n\nAbility to mentor, coach, and support software developers.\n\nStrong understanding of software quality, security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.\n\nAbility to manage multiple technical priorities and meet project deadlines.\n\nProactive approach to identifying technical risks and improving development practices.\n\nAbility to
