Description\nProject Coordinator / Junior Project Manager \nAbout the Role\nThe Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager is responsible for coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, and supporting the successful delivery of projects within agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.\nThe ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of relevant experience, with strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to project delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate project activities, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.\nMonitor project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely completion.\nLiaise with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure effective coordination.\nOrganise project meetings, document discussions, and follow up on action items.\nMaintain project plans, trackers, reports, and documentation.\nIdentify potential risks, delays, and issues, escalating them when necessary.\nSupport resource planning, budget tracking, and project scheduling.\nPrepare project status reports and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.\nManage assigned workstreams or smaller projects from planning to completion.\nCollaborate with relevant teams to improve project delivery and operational efficiency.\nQualifications and Experience\n1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, or a related field.\nExperience coordinating projects involving multiple teams or stakeholders is an advantage.\nStrong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nGood time management and ability to manage competing priorities.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively.\nProactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.\nA bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field is desirable.\nProject management certification is an advantage.\nTechnical Skills\nProject planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.\nProject documentation and reporting.\nRisk, issue, and action tracking.\nStakeholder coordination and communication.\nMicrosoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\nFamiliarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Planner, Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.\nSkills and Competencies\nExcellent organisational and time-management skills.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nAttention to detail and effective problem-solving.\nAbility to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.\nProactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.\nAccountability and ownership of assigned tasks.\nAbility to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.\nProfessionalism, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience coordinating projects in a professional services, consulting, IT, or corporate environment.\nExposure to project planning, reporting, and resource coordination.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.\nFamiliarity with project
