The role involves reviewing client frameworks and controls, preparing working papers and reports, developing and customising AML/CFT/CPF tools and documentation, conducting research, and supporting training and workshop delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nAML/CFT/CPF Audit & AdvisorySupport the execution of independent AML/CFT/CPF audits, compliance reviews and gap assessments.\nReview AML/CFT/CPF frameworks, policies, procedures and controls, perform relevant testing, and assist in identifying gaps and developing practical recommendations.\nSupport the development and review of AML/CFT/CPF frameworks, policies, procedures and compliance documentation.\nAssist in developing, reviewing and customising Client Risk Assessment (CRA) and Business Risk Assessment (BRA) tools.\nConduct research on AML/CFT/CPF, Financial Crime and regulatory developments relevant to client engagements.\nSupport the preparation and delivery of AML/CFT/CPF training sessions, workshops and awareness programmes.\nWorking Papers, Reporting & Project SupportPrepare and maintain clear and complete working papers and supporting documentation.\nAssist in drafting audit and advisory reports, including observations, findings and recommendations.\nParticipate in client meetings, interviews, walkthroughs and workshops.\nTrack information requests, outstanding documents and engagement follow-ups.\nSupport the preparation of client deliverables and presentation materials.\nWork closely with senior team members to support the timely completion of assignments.\nPerform any other duties as assigned.\nQualifications and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Law, Law and Management, Law and Criminal Justice, or a related discipline.\nA Master’s degree in Law, Financial Crime, Compliance or a related field would be an advantage.\n1 to 2 years of relevant experience in AML/CFT/CPF, Financial Crime or Compliance.\nGood knowledge of AML/CFT/CPF requirements and the Mauritian regulatory environment.\nExposure to AML/CFT/CPF audits, compliance reviews, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), risk assessments, transaction monitoring or sanctions screening would be an advantage.\nRelevant professional certification, such as CAMS or an equivalent qualification, would be an advantage.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.\nSkills and Competencies\nGood analytical and report-writing skills.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nGood interpersonal and communication skills.\nStrong organisational skills
