business\n processes in relation to Information Security and Privacy.\n\n Stay up to date on the latest process\n and IT security advancements (ISO Framework).\n\n Conduct meetings and presentations to\n share ideas and findings.\n\n Document and communicate the results\n of his efforts.\n\n Communicate his insights and plans with\n immediate team and stakeholders directly related to their role and\n cross-functional team.\n\n Gather critical information from\n meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.\n\n Work closely with various\n stakeholders.\n\n Assist in managing internal projects,\n developing project plans, and monitoring performance.\n\n Update, implement, and maintain\n procedures.\n\n Prioritize initiatives based on\n business needs and requirements.\n\n Monitor deliverables and ensuring\n timely completion of projects.\n\n Adhere to GDPR (General Data\n Protection Regulation) and Data Protection Act.\n\n Ensure project reports and SLA&\n KPI (Key Performance Indicators) are updated.\n\nQualification and\nExperience\n\n A bachelor’s degree / diploma /\n certificate in Business Information Systems or Information Systems/IT\n Security.\n\n Knowledge in the IT Security,\n Cybersecurity field or ISO Security framework.\n\n 0–1 year of experience in business\n analysis, information systems or a related field.\n\nSkills\nTechnical skills\n\n Strong\n analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.\n\n Experience\n preparing reports and delivering presentations.\n\n Proficiency\n in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\n\n Understands\n and uses appropriate methods, tools, applications and processes.\n\n Excellent\n documentation skills.\n\nBehavioral competencies\n\n Ability to influence and collaborate\n with stakeholders.\n\n Good planning, organizational, and\n time management skills.\n\n Good communication skills, both\n verbal and written.\n\n Customer-focused and quality-oriented\n
