The role involves accurate financial processing, preparation of management and statutory accounts, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Senior Analyst reports to the Manager/Team Leader. \n\nRoles & Responsibilities \nAssist in managing a portfolio of overseas clients in diverse industries. \nPost accurate sales and purchase invoices and reconcile bank transactions on QuickBooks and other accounting platforms. \nDeliver high-quality management and statutory accounts. \nEnsure daily tasks are completed in a timely and satisfactory manner. \nWork closely with the BDO network to ensure accounting records are accurate and transactions are properly disclosed. \nAssist in managing the accounts payable cycle and extract listings as requested by clients. \nLiaise with clients to ensure efficient delivery of outputs and meet service expectations. \nEnsure adherence to company policies and procedures. \nIdentify risk exposure and promptly escalate issues to the management team. \nDeliver project reports and monitor SLA & KPI measurements. \nReview deliverables, monitor employee productivity, and provide constructive feedback and coaching. \nDemonstrate good understanding of bookkeeping transactions and financial accounts preparation. \n\nQualifications & Experience \nAt least 1-2 years of experience in Auditing and/or Accounting. \nHolds a degree or has completed / substantially completed ACA or ACCA qualification or equivalent. \n\nSkills\nTechnical Skills\nGood knowledge of International Accounting Standards and UK GAAP. \nSound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software. \nKnowledge of month-end adjustments and variance analysis. \nAwareness of GDPR and data protection principles. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. \nAbility to express technical issues clearly in writing and orally. \nFlexible and able to work across time zones. \n\nBehavioural Competencies\nProactive and able to work under pressure. \nGood interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. \nDetail-oriented and able to work independently and in
