The Technical Solutions Architect’s primary focus is to lead the client and to collaborate with the Technical Architecture team in determining best practices and efficient processes. The Technical Solutions Architect utilizes their knowledge of the applications and tools to guide the delivery team and the Functional Architecture team in order to configure and enhance the applications to implement the processes as designed. The Technical Solutions Architect is the lead conduit between business process owners and executives at the client and the technical and the functional teams to ensure the application meets the agreed requirements.\nJob Duties:\nThe Technical Solution Architect will participate in and lead the following job duties as directed:\nDiagnose:Works with the Functional Solutions Architect to understand the overall scope and approach for the project\nOversees all environment management activities\nUnderstands the go forward set of applications and the integration methodologies that will be employed\nUnderstands initial expectations as it relates to Data Migration requirements\nCollects non-functional requirements for routine jobs and services that will be required as part of the overall solution\n\nAnalyze: Coordinates with Functional Architecture team to ensure all enhancement requirements have been collected and to the appropriate level of detail\nAssists with the identification and documentation of data migration requirements\nPartners with the Functional Solutions Architect on Independent Software Vendor analysis and implementation\nCollaborates with the Functional Solutions Architect in reviewing “gap” requirements and their high-level design to ensure technical feasibility and approach\nProvides high-level estimates for proposed enhancements \nRecommends strategies for Business Intelligence and Reporting needs\nUnderstands key performance requirements\n\nDevelop:Manages the technical task breakdown for all technical deliverables\nProvides guidance and support to Technical Consultants on technical tasks\nOversees all code management and deployment processes\nDirects the unit testing process to ensure an acceptable level of quality is achieved before delivering to the client\nHelps develop the Go-Live strategy\n\nValidate: Supervises each wave of testing and code remediation until each deliverable has been satisfied\nManages the strategy for performance tuning\n\nDeploy and Support: Executes the Go Live deployment plan\nProvides support for a period after Go-Live to ensure the new processes are functioning as expected and change management has occurred\n\nFosters a positive demeanor, learning attitude and client service mentality with the team\nTravel -
