The individual in this role will work on a team of technology leaders, solution architects, software developers, business analysts, quality assurance, functional design, and various members to manage project work to successful completion. This role will be responsible for managing the client discussion and overseeing client’s needs to build and maintain strong delivery as well as ensure client expectations are successfully managed.\nJob Duties:\nMaintains strategic relationships with client personnel, including members of client senior management\nManages client expectations and supports difficult messages when necessary to keep project delivery on course\nIdentifies areas of risk on engagements and develops plans to manage those risks\nManages the vision of the project solution\nLeads, oversees, and prepares updates to project plan \nMaintains detailed work plans in Azure DevOps\nPrepares formal and informal presentations for client meetings\nLeads the project team daily, including BDO consultants and client team members, this will include scrums, planning, and status meetings\nProvides guidance to the project change plan, including identification of new scope and preparation of change orders\nProvides project leadership for assessment, implementation, and optimization engagements\nWorks with Project Manager to ensure that BDO’s project governance framework is applied to projects and that governance documentation is maintained, published, and stored according to BDO Quality Audit standards\nDelivers timely project communications to the client including regular status reports and steering committee presentations\nEnsures that the BDO Project Team follows BDO Implementation Methodology and produces deliverables to standards and on schedule\nParticipates in ongoing refinement of BDO Project Governance, Implementation Methodology, contracts and templates, mentors colleagues, and provides guidance and support\nOther duties as required\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nOwns and drives completion of key workstreams by associates and senior associates as directed by project leaders\nManages project workstreams of associates and senior associates as directed\nMentors and develops entry level consultants and senior consultants\nMay act as Career Advisor to associates and senior associates\nQualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree AND six (6) or more years of industry experience with ERP solution delivery management, required; OR\nHigh School Diploma/GED AND seven (7) or more years of industry experience with ERP solution delivery management, required\nExperience:\nSix (6) or more years comprehensive ERP solution delivery management experience including the management of budget, risks, resources, scope, issues, changes, and quality, required\nExperience with project planning, scoping and management skills, required\nExperience with business process analysis & design and process flow skills, required\nExperience in planning, managing scope, timeline, or budget, required \nClient facing consulting experience, preferred\nTrack record of managing projects within a software solutions complex deployment environment, preferred\nLicense(s)/Certification(s):\nPMP, preferred\nSoftware:\nExperience with one (1) or more of the following solutions, required:HCM\nCustom Applications\nData analytics\nERP (Dynamics 365 F&O, Business Central, CE)\nNetSuite\nCRM\nCybersecurity\n\nProficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications, required\nMS Project, preferred\nAzure DevOps experience, preferred\nMicrosoft Project experience, preferred\nSmartsheet experience, preferred\nLanguage(s):\nN/A\nOther Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:\nAbility to work in a deadline-driven environment while handling multiple projects/tasks simultaneously with a focus on details\nExcellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills\nStrong analytical, facilitation, documentation, presentation, and communication skills\nStrong business process mapping skills\nAbility to lead and facilitate client workshops and sessions\nComfortable engaging with clients on multiple implementations at the same time \nStrong analytical, problem solving, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills \nAbility to effectively manage a diverse project team and escalate performance issues to department leadership\nStrong knowledge of solution implementation methodologies\nKeywords: Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations, Dynamics F&O, Microsoft Finance and Supply Chain Management, Microsoft F&SCM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Customer Experience Platform, Business Analyst, BA, Enterprise Tester, Requirements Gathering, User Experience, User Enablement, Data Visualization, Software, Definition, Custom Applications, Data Analytics, Cloud Strategy, SharePoint, Office 365, O365, SFDC, D365, Acumatica, NetSuite.
