This role is responsible for managing project workstreams, developing practical work plans, coordinating with clients and internal teams, supporting technical execution, and preparing clear findings and documentation. The Manager is expected to bring strong digital forensics knowledge, sound judgment, and a working understanding of the eDiscovery marketplace to help deliver consistent, defensible, and client-focused work.\nJob Duties:\nLeadership:\nMaintains awareness of digital forensics, eDiscovery, and technology trends, including tools and workflows that may improve service delivery\nProvides guidance and informal mentorship to junior team members and helps reinforce consistent work practices\nClient Management:\nManages multiple forensic technology and eDiscovery matters across an assigned portfolio of clients\nBuilds trust with clients by providing responsive, practical, and well-informed guidance\nResponds to client requests, identifies appropriate next steps, and escalates issues when additional review or direction is needed\nDevelops and manages project plans, timelines, and workflows in coordination with clients, project managers, and technical team members\nHelps clients understand available forensic technology services and coordinates with the broader practice when additional expertise is needed\nExplains technical findings, limitations, and recommendations in a way that is clear to both technical and non-technical audiences\nTechnology:\nUses common forensic collection, preservation, and analysis tools, such as EnCase, FTK, Axiom, Cellebrite, USB Detective, FTK Imager, and TD2U, as appropriate for the matter\nUses data analysis, reporting, and workflow tools, including Smartsheet, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Purview eDiscovery, and trend analysis, to support matter strategy and communicate meaningful insights\nOther duties as required\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nMay provide day-to-day guidance to junior team members, coordinate work allocation on assigned matters, and review work product for consistency and quality\nQualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree, required \nExperience:\nFive (5) or more years of digital forensics, forensic technology, eDiscovery, or incident response experience, required\nExperience preparing reports, affidavits, declarations, or other defensible documentation of findings, required\nExperience coordinating complex investigative or eDiscovery matters involving multiple data sources, stakeholders, or jurisdictions, preferred\nExperience supporting expert reports, testimony preparation, depositions, hearings, or trial work, preferred\nLicense/Certifications:\nTwo (2) or more relevant industry certifications such as EnCE, CCE, ACE, GCFE, GCFA, CCPA, or comparable credentials, strongly preferred\nSoftware:\nProficiency with core forensic tools such as EnCase, FTK, Cellebrite, or comparable platforms, required\nExperience with Google Vault, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Purview eDiscovery, or related administrative consoles, preferred\nExperience with Axiom, TD2U devices, mobile collections, cloud collections, or other forensic acquisition tools, preferred\nLanguage:\nAdditional language fluency, including Spanish, Asian languages, or other languages relevant to client service, preferred\nOther Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nStrong analytical and research skills, with the ability to organize and interpret large volumes of data\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, including the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities\nAbility to successfully multi-task while working independently or within a group environment\nAbility to work in a deadline-driven environment while managing multiple matters or workstreams at the same time\nAbility to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm\nAbility to act as a reliable day-to-day contact for assigned engagements and communicate with confidence and professionalism\nA strong desire to learn continually and grow professionally\nAbility to travel domestically and internationally, sometimes on short notice\nComfortable working in a team-based environment and supporting cross-functional collaboration\nInterest in contributing to a growing practice and helping improve how work is delivered\nAbility to work independently, apply sound judgment, and adapt as client needs or matter priorities change\nIndividual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.\nNational Range: $130,000 -
