This practice provides global solutions for our clients, including a combination of services and products to help them reduce their information risks and digital footprint while adhering to compliance standards across the globe. This is an exciting position for a professional that would like to work with a national team to continue to build a thriving practice.\nThe Manager is responsible for managing global projects, working with BDO member firms to assist on project execution, develop workflow and processes to support client initiatives, and assist leaders with preparing for client meetings and proposals.\nJob Duties:\nManages teams to deliver services regarding national security, cyber assessments, PCI, NIST, ISO, HIPAA, SWIFT Certification, and other related services to global and U.S. clients\nManages client needs to develop project plans, resource plans, establishes reporting and metrics and provides the client with regular updates; ensures that the project team is utilized appropriately and consistently\nDevelops standardized metrics, methodologies, and other work product to be delivered to client project teams\nResponsible client interviews, including the development of pre-meeting materials, background research, and mentors other team members on the client’s environment\nManages client deliverables including responses to questions, drafts and final reports, presentations, and other output regarding the project as defined\nManages the day-to-day project requirements and the on-site or remote team\nInteracts with BDO team members in the US and within global member firms to help client requirements\nDevelops relationships with other BDO professionals, cross-sells into different industries and participates in BDO and industry events where subject matter expertise is requested\nInstitutes BDO methodologies for consistency on projects where he/she is responsible for managing the project\nMentors team members for quality of work product is consistent throughout client engagements, and BDO standards are applied for every engagement\nOther duties as required\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nMentors BDO professionals within the Cyber team\nDevelops and manages project budgets, and monitors that invoices are delivered in a timely manner\nQualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree with a focus in Computer Science, Information Security, Accounting or Finance, required \nExperience:\nFive (5) or more years of IT management or IT compliance consulting experience, required \nFour (4) or more years’ experience with managing IT or information security, cyber security, IT Cyber Compliance engagements and/or equivalents, required\nLicense(s)/Certification(s):\nPCI QSA Certification (Qualified Security Assessor/Payment Card Industry), required\nCISA, CISM, ISA, CISSP, or other similar certifications, required\nSoftware:\nProficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, required \nincluding Office 365, OneDrive, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, preferred\nKnowledge and/or experience with Compliance platforms, IT Governance, information governance software, ECM, records management software, or similar technologies, required\nKnowledge of database systems, software development lifecycle, and technology company operations, preferred\nOther Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:\nAbility to act as primary contact on assigned engagements\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills\nSolid organizational skills, especially the ability to meet project deadlines with a focus on details\nAbility to successfully multi-task while working independently or within a group environment\nAbility to work in a deadline-driven environment, and handle multiple projects simultaneously\nAbility to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the Company and with clients\nCapacity to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and client personnel \nAbility to encourage a team environment on engagements, and contribute to the professional development of assigned personnel\nKeywords:\nCompliance, PCI, QSA, CISA, CISM, ISA, CISSP, information security, cyber\nIndividual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.\nNational Range: $115,000 -
