technology implementations, ERP workstreams, business process transformations, post-transaction integration activities, and strategic projects from planning through closeout\nDevelops project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, communication plans, and work breakdown structures\nCoordinates project activities across client stakeholders, government agencies, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, technical teams, and business process owners\nIncorporates government contracting requirements into project planning, reporting, documentation, compliance, and change management activities\nEstablishes project meeting schedules, reporting routines, escalation procedures, and decision-tracking processes\nDefines project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and performance measures\nCoordinates ERP implementation activities across requirements gathering, business process design, configuration, integrations, data conversion, testing, training, deployment, and stabilization\nMaintains risk registers, issue logs, action plans, decision logs, change logs, and lessons-learned records\nMonitors project budgets, labor utilization, subcontractor costs, invoices, forecasts, and financial performance\nTracks project schedules, deliverables, milestones, resource assignments, quality measures, and client commitments\nFacilitates requirements workshops, design reviews, status meetings, testing sessions, and project retrospectives\nSupports organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption activities\nReviews project deliverables for accuracy, completeness, quality, contractual compliance, and alignment with approved requirements\nDocuments scope changes and prepares impact assessments for schedule, budget, resources, risks, and deliverables\nPrepares client status reports, project dashboards, executive briefings, presentations, and contract deliverable packages\nSupports proposal development, solution design, pricing activities, oral presentations, and project mobilization activities\nMaintains productive relationships with government clients, executive sponsors, project teams, delivery partners, and external vendors\nApplies approved project management methodologies, templates, tools, controls, and quality practices\nIdentifies opportunities to improve project delivery, operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and financial performance\nSupports project closeout activities, including final reporting, transition planning, contract deliverables, benefits assessment, and lessons learned\nOther duties as required\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nCoaches project coordinators, business analysts, and project team members in project management practices and documentation standards\nQualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Public Administration, required\nMaster’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or Public Administration, preferred\nExperience\nFive (5) or more years of project management experience, required\nThree (3) or more years managing technology implementations, business process transformations, systems projects, or organizational change initiatives, required\nExperience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, scope changes, vendors, or subcontractors, required\nExperience coordinating projects with multiple workstreams, dependencies, stakeholders, and project deliverables, required\nTwo (2) or more years supporting ERP implementation activities, including requirements, configuration, integrations, data conversion, testing, training, deployment, or stabilization, preferred\nTwo (2) or more years supporting government contracts, government agencies, public-sector clients, contract deliverables, compliance requirements, or contractor oversight, preferred\nExperience with proposal development, contract transition, task order execution, or project mobilization, preferred\nExperience within a professional services, consulting, systems integration, or government contracting organization, preferred\nLicense(s)/Certification(s)\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification, preferred\nCertified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification, preferred\nCertified ScrumMaster certification, preferred\nERP platform certification, preferred\nSoftware\nProficiency with Microsoft Project, required\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams, required\nExperience with SAP, Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, or Infor ERP platforms, preferred\nExperience
