system adoption across client environments.\nJob Duties:\nLeads and supports discovery sessions with client stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements\nAnalyzes current client business processes and performs fit-gap assessments against NetSuite standard functionality\nDesigns end-to-end functional solutions, including business process maps, functional design documentation, and configuration specifications tailored to client needs\nDefines functional architecture standards, solution design principles, and configuration best practices for NetSuite implementations and enhancements\nDevelops future-state business process designs and operating models that align business requirements with NetSuite capabilities\nOversees configuration of NetSuite solutions functionality, including general ledger, chart of accounts, subsidiaries, tax nexuses, custom segments, forms, fields, roles, and permissions\nDevelops, tests, and optimizes workflow automation solutions using NetSuite SuiteFlow\nLeads data mapping, cleansing, validation, and migration activities using approved NetSuite tools and import methods\nCoordinates with technical teams and third-party vendors to support integrations, enhancements, and system changes\nDevelops user acceptance testing scenarios and scripts, manages testing cycles, and resolves functional defects\nCreates training materials and delivers end-user training to support adoption and effective use of the platform\nServes as the primary escalation point for complex functional issues, advanced troubleshooting, and NetSuite bi-annual release impacts\nDevelops and maintains reporting solutions using Saved Searches, Financial Reports, and SuiteAnalytics Workbooks\nAdvises stakeholders on best practices related to Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report processes\nSupports platform governance, controls, and standardization efforts to align with accounting, operational, and business requirements\nCollaborates with Enterprise Business Applications leadership to define priorities, roadmaps, risks, and implementation plans for ERP enhancements\nIdentifies Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nEducation\nHigh School Diploma or GED, required\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, or Business Administration, preferred\nExperience\nTen (10) or more years of NetSuite experience leading projects and technical teams in a consulting or professional services capacity, required\nThree (3) or more years of experience supporting pre-sales activities, defining project scope, estimating delivery timelines, and contributing to SOW development within a consulting practice, required\nExperience leading or serving as the principal functional lead for at least two (2) full-lifecycle NetSuite ERP implementations or major platform overhauls, required\nExperience leading business requirements gathering, discovery workshops, and fit-gap analysis across cross-functional stakeholder groups, required\nExperience designing and configuring NetSuite solutions across Financials, OneWorld, Inventory Management, Order Management, and CRM, required\nExperience supporting core business processes, including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report, required\nExperience with user acceptance testing, defect management, training, and post-production support, required\nExperience supporting multi-subsidiary business operations, preferred\nExperience within a management consulting or professional services environment, preferred\nLicense(s)/Certification(s)\nNetSuite Certified ERP Consultant, preferred\nNetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification, preferred\nSoftware\nOracle NetSuite
