You will also contribute to the development of junior colleagues and the Centre of Excellence as a whole.\nKey Responsibilities\nDeliver stand-alone valuation assignments for reporting, audit, tax, and dispute resolution purposes\nProvide expert valuation input into transaction support engagements, including:\nTransaction and bid pricing\nQuality of earnings evaluation\nEconomic impact analysis\nProject appraisal\nPrepare and review financial models, valuation reports, and supporting documentation\nCollaborate closely with the Head of Valuations and senior stakeholders across the firm\nBuild a valuable and marketable personal brand as a highly skilled expert in valuations\nContribute to the development of junior colleagues and the Modelling & Valuations Centre of Excellence\nSupport the growth and positioning of the Centre of Excellence as a leading practice area\nEngage with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality advisory services\nManage multiple assignments and deadlines effectively\nUphold the firm’s values and contribute to a positive team culture\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nACA or ACCA qualified accountant\nMinimum 3 years’ post qualified experience with a strong focus on and specific valuations experience\nIdeally holds or is pursuing a specialist qualification in valuations (e.g. CFA, CBV, or similar)\nStrong technical and analytical skills, particularly in financial modelling\nExcellent communication and presentation abilities\nProven ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments\nStrong commercial
