Our service and solution delivery starts with understanding each client’s end-state, and then seamlessly integrating within each Agency’s organization to improve and enhance business and technical operations and deployments.\n(Military Veterans are highly encouraged to apply)\nRole Overview:\nResponsibilities:\nLead the monthly RSIS production cycle (RAIRS, RIRS, GCIS) to on-time publication and manage performance against the Performance Requirements Summary.\nOwn the Contractor Project Management Plan, Quality Control Plan, Staff Management Plan, risk register, Monthly Performance and Processing Report, and Quarterly Performance Briefings.\nWrite and maintain program documentation, including the Data Collection Processing Procedures Manual (quarterly updates) and FRA-facing reports.\nResolve competing requirements among railroads, FRA program offices, and the DOT S-93 Digital Factory; route technical issues to S-93.\nRequired Minimum Qualifications:\nPMP (PMI) or IAPPM Certified Project Manager, or an equivalent (PgMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, IPMA Level C/B, FAC-P/PM Senior/Expert, DAWIA PM Practitioner/Advanced). Must be active and verifiable.\nAt least 5 years of experience managing a project of similar size, scope, and complexity (a data operations, data management, or regulatory data program of roughly 5 to 15 staff).\nPrior federal government consulting experience resolving complex program management and organizational problems.\nExperience on data development and data management projects.\nExperience working directly with senior government executives.\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.\nU.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident; able to pass a DOT background investigation.\nNice to Have Qualifications:\nDepartment of Transportation, FRA, or other regulatory safety data experience (railroad, highway, aviation, pipeline).\nExperience transitioning a program from an incumbent contractor within 30 days.\nRecords management familiarity (NARA retention schedules).\nIn addition, U.S Citizenship is required. Select applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and be able to obtain a government-granted security clearance.
