The role leads the development of the digital training offer, identifies appropriate new approaches to learning, works with the training team to plan and deliver digital content, manages the platforms used to provide this training, and produces and maintains digital learning materials\nThe role will focus on the following key areas:\nWork with the Technical Training team to identify learning requirements through training needs analysis and develop appropriate resources that address the identified needs. \nDevelop digital training materials to enhance the delivery of training courses to Baxi customers. \nContribute to Baxi’s continuous improvement process by ensuring that training programmes address business requirements, industry developments and relevant non-product-specific topics. \nMaintain the internal and external eLearning platforms. \nFlexible working hours, may occasionally be required to work evening or weekends. \nDevelop working relationships with local schools and colleges to promote Baxi, raise awareness of opportunities within the industry and support the organisation’s wider engagement objectives. \nThe ideal candidate will have the following key skills and qualifications:\nThe ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of digital learning technologies, including learning management systems and eLearning platforms, together with experience of using them to manage and deliver training content. \nAbility to communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders at all levels.\nPreviously experience in working with departmental managers to identify and benchmark best practice, improve efficiency and raise standards. \nProfessional administration skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. \n*PLEASE NOTE - Due to the nature of our work this role may require background checks, offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of checks.\nAbout BAXI: \nWe're leading the energy transition to zero carbon, by offering complete residential and commercial heating and hot water solutions.
