We encourage you to spend at least two days per week in the office.\nThe internship start date is 1 February 2027.\nYour key responsibilities\nDepending on your interests and strengths, you will contribute to:\nContent creation: Write and edit articles, news updates, and leadership messages for internal and external channels \nStorytelling: Help turn complex topics into clear, engaging stories that resonate with different audiences \nInternal communications: Support campaigns that engage employees and bring our strategy and culture to life \nDigital channels: Help manage and optimise channels such as intranet, internet and social media \nCampaign support: Assist in planning and executing global communication initiatives and events \nAnalytics & insights: Track performance and engagement metrics to continuously improve communication impact \nWhat you bring\nYou are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications or a related field at a university in the Netherlands (WO or HBO-level). \nYou have a strong interest in corporate communications and storytelling \nYou are proactive, curious, and eager to learn \nYou have strong writing and editing skills \nYou have a keen eye for detail, a critical mindset, and an organised approach \nYou are comfortable working in English in an international environment \nNice-to-have:\nExperience with digital tools (SharePoint, Canva, etc.) \nKnowledge of Dutch is a plus, but not a must\nWhat we offer\nA full-time internship (40 hours per week) for 4 to 6 months, starting on 1 February 2027.\nMonthly internship allowance of €500-550 (based on 40 hours per week) \nA company laptop to support your work \nHybrid working after an initial onboarding period\nHands-on experience in a global Communications team \nAbout the company\nAt BDR Thermea, we bring the energy transition closer every day.
