Logistics and Sales Administrator
We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-motivated individual to join our team in Ireland as Logistics and Sales Administrator.
In the role of logistic and sales administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Order books for outstanding spares and finished goods.
- Stocktakes and Stock Reconciliation.
- Coordinating customer deliveries.
- Stock maintenance, including item creation, outstanding orders and system errors.
- Supporting credit control regarding POD’s/Customer queries, investigation and resolution of customer queries.
- Assisting with order input when required.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required for each role:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Microsoft office suite experience.
- A flexible attitude combined with good organisational and time management skills.
- Professional , calm and focused in pressure situations.
