Since 2013, Baymak has been a wholly owned subsidiary of BDR Thermea Group, a Netherlands-based global leader and one of Europe’s top three HVAC companies.\nTogether with BDR Thermea, we combine global expertise with local strength - all guided by the Group’s core values:\nOne Team | Customer Focus | Sustainable Future\nWe are looking for a Process Development Engineer to join our growing team-someone with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and creative ideas that make a difference.\nKey Responsibilities\nTake an active role in the installation, commissioning, and optimization of the new production line and upcoming projects,\nCollaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure process readiness, quality, and efficiency during production ramp-up,\nLead or support improvement and layout planning projects related to new or existing production setups,\nConduct process analysis, labor and material usage assessments, and workflow optimization\nPerform time and method studies; maintain and update technical documentation,\nAnalyze production losses and coordinate corrective actions to meet efficiency and quality targets,\nParticipate in cross-departmental improvement or installation projects as needed,\nApply lean manufacturing principles to increase machine efficiency, optimize workflows, and achieve operational goals,\nPrepare activity and analysis reports to support decision making and ensure alignment with business,\nCreate production routings and production versions in SAP,\nSupport WCM (World Class Manufacturing) activities,\nDefining the packaging methods of materials received from supplier.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or a related field,\nMinimum 3 years of Process Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment,\nExperience in using SAP modules related to production,\nProficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles such as 5S, Kanban, Six Sigma, and project management, PFMEA,\nExperience in data analytics and optimization projects,\nStrong analytical and communication skills, able to work effectively across teams,\nEnglish proficiency in both written and spoken communication,\nLiving or willing to live in Asian side of İstanbul or Koceali (Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova).\nBenefits\nAt Baymak, we believe that work should enrich your life-not just your calendar.
