Together, the team supports transformation programmes across the business, helping turn ambitious plans into measurable results through analysis, governance, and collaboration.\nAs a Transformation Analyst, you'll work closely with transformation and finance colleagues, gaining experience in business cases, financial impact tracking, performance reporting, and strategic planning. You'll collaborate with initiative owners, local transformation officers, and stakeholders across our international organisation, developing both your analytical expertise and your ability to work effectively across teams.\nThis is a hybrid role based in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands. We encourage colleagues to spend around two days per week in the office, while maintaining flexibility. You'll receive support for your commuting costs and home office set-up.\nWhat you'll do\nTrack the financial impact of strategic initiatives and monitor whether they deliver against approved business cases, forecasts, and value creation targets. \nAnalyse performance data, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable insights. \nPrepare reporting, analyses, and presentations for transformation reviews, governance meetings, and senior leadership discussions. \nReview business cases, helping teams quantify expected benefits and validate financial assumptions behind transformation initiatives. \nSupport training and knowledge-sharing activities related to business case methodologies, actuals tracking, and value creation principles. \nPartner with initiative owners and local transformation officers to support consistent and accurate impact tracking across the organisation. \nContribute insights that help inform transformation priorities and strategic decision-making. \nWhat you bring\nAround 2 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, finance, controlling, strategy, or transformation, preferably in an international environment. \nStrong analytical skills and curiosity to understand how organisations create value.\nEffective communication skills in English and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders. \nExperience using Excel and PowerPoint to analyse information and communicate findings. \nAbility to translate complex information into clear insights. \nA collaborative approach, growth mindset, and willingness to learn. \nA Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Strategy or a related field. \nNice to have:\nExperience in a transformation, consulting, or strategy environment. \nExposure to business cases, financial modelling or performance tracking. \nExperience with Power BI or similar tools. \nWhy join us?\nBuild a long-term career with a permanent contract and competitive rewards; \nEnjoy 36 holiday days and the flexibility of hybrid working with support for your travel costs; \nSecure your future with a strong pension package and attractive employee discounts; \nMake a notable impact on a company at the heart of the energy transition. \nAbout us\nAt BDR Thermea Group, we bring the energy transition closer every day.
