This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data as it transitions from legacy systems to modern cloud-based platforms. The analyst will collaborate with functional and technical teams to validate data mappings, perform quality assurance activities, and develop reports and dashboards that support business decision-making and program objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport data migration efforts, including extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation of data from legacy systems into Oracle Cloud EPM.\nPerform data quality assessments to identify inconsistencies, anomalies, and data integrity issues.\nValidate legacy-to-target data mappings and confirm successful migration results.\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytical tools that provide actionable business insights.\nUtilize SQL and business intelligence (BI) tools to analyze data and generate reporting solutions.\nCollaborate with project stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to gather reporting requirements and define data validation processes.\nDocument data migration activities, validation results, and reporting methodologies.\nSupport testing activities, including system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and data verification efforts.\nEnsure adherence to organizational data governance, security, and quality standards.\nProvide analytical support during implementation and post-deployment activities.\nRequired Minimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.\nMinimum of 5 years of data analysis experience, preferably supporting ERP, financial systems, or enterprise application migrations.\nExperience supporting data migration and data validation initiatives in large-scale system implementations.\nProficiency with SQL for data querying, analysis, and validation.\nExperience with reporting and business intelligence tools.\nDemonstrated experience validating legacy-to-target data mappings.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.\nExperience performing data quality assessments and reconciliation activities.\nAbility to communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\nNice to Have Qualifications:\nExperience supporting Oracle Cloud EPM implementations.\nKnowledge of financial data structures, ERP systems, or enterprise performance management solutions.\nFamiliarity with data governance and data management best practices\nThe compensation range for this position is $110,000-154,000. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to location, skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.\nIn addition, U.S Citizenship is required.
