Our service and solution delivery start with understanding each client's end-state and then seamlessly integrating within each Agency's organization to improve and enhance business and technical operations and deployments.\nBDR Solutions, LLC is hiring Material Coordinators/Inventory Specialists to support inventory and logistics operations at VA medical facilities across the Greater Los Angeles Healthcare Area. This role performs advanced inventory management duties supporting clinical operations and patient care.\nDuties\nManage medical and non-medical inventory using automated systems (e.g., GIP)\nPerform daily, periodic, and wall-to-wall inventories\nMonitor stock levels, expiration dates, recalls, and discrepancies\nReplenish secondary stock locations and coordinate deliveries\nMaintain accurate inventory records and reports\nComply with safety, infection control, and PPE requirements\nCommunicate with clinical and logistics staff to resolve supply issues\nRequired Minimum Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n8 years of inventory, logistics, or supply chain experience (healthcare or warehouse environment preferred)\nValid driver’s license with clean driving record\nBasic math and organizational skills\nStrong attention to detail\nProficient in basic computer skills, including email, file management, and navigating common software applications.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\nU.S. Citizen with ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust or equivalent background investigation.\nPhysical & Environmental Requirements\nAbility to lift up to 40-50 lbs.\nFrequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift\n Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)\nAbility to work in a warehouse environment, including exposure to varying temperatures\nMust be able to sit for extended periods while operating a vehicle\nDesired Skills and Qualifications\nPrior experience supporting federal government site\nValid Forklift Operator Certification recognized in the state\nSchedule\nWest LA VA: Monday-Friday, typically 7:00 am-3:30 pm\nThe hourly compensation range for this position is $29.00-31.00 depending on location plus Health & Welfare. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to location, skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.\nEmployment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment drug test. This position is also subject to the company’s random drug testing policy.\nThis position is contingent upon contract award. Employment is not guaranteed and will proceed only if the associated contract is awarded and funded.\nIn addition, U.S Citizenship is required. Select applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and be able to obtain a government-granted security clearance.
