This is a junior level position, and the candidate will be expected to provide team and technical leadership, communications, and coordination.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements\nHands-on development proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Lightning Web Components, Extension List etc.\nIntegrate Salesforce system with internal and external systems using Web and Salesforce/Force.com API technologies (SOAP, REST), MuleSoft Middleware tool, and integration between Salesforce and MuleSoft itself\nRequired Minimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in information technology, Information Systems, or other related discipline ( 5 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education)\nThree (3) of years of experience and other qualifications\nProficient in Salesforce out-of-the-box customization using low-code tools\nProficient in APEX programming language, triggers, flows, SOQL, SOSL, JavaScript including Lightning Web Component development\nExperience in developing APIs to integrate Salesforce with File System, Database, SharePoint, Web Services\nExperience in Salesforce data modeling and data security rules.\nExperience in deploying code using Copado.\nExperience in Agile methodologies, strong business analysis experience, understanding customer requirements and agility stories, able to provide detailed acceptance criteria.\nSalesforce administrator and Developer certification is required.\nCopado certification is preferred.\nExcellent written and oral communication skills.\nNice to Have Qualifications:\nExperience implementing 508 compliances in web applications and conducting accessibility testing using tools like JAWS\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure, DEVOP/CICD Pipeline, OWASP vulnerabilities\nExperience with GITHUB or GIT\nExperience with SSDT, MS SSRS\nExperience in SAFe Agile\nExperience with responsive design and mobile-first development\nThe salary compensation range for this position is 60,000-75,000. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.\nIn addition, U.S Citizenship is required. Select applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and be able to obtain a government-granted security clearance.
