This position, and the candidate will be expected to provide team and technical leadership, communications, and coordination.\nResponsibilities\n Perform complex analysis, design, development, testing, and debugging of computer software.\nMaintain responsibility for activities that range from software design, coding, unit testing, and orchestration.\nParticipate as an active member of the scrum team, providing input to team velocity and sprint ceremonies, planning, demonstrations and retrospectives\nRequired Minimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or other related discipline (8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education)\n5+ years of software development experience\nDemonstrated experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions, including X12 transaction sets (required), XML, JSON, and HL7 message formats\nStrong working knowledge of ANSI X12 standards, mappings, validation, and troubleshooting of EDI transactions\nExperience using Tibco Validator (Foresight) for EDI validation, compliance testing, and transaction processing\nExperience developing and maintaining .NET Console Applications and integration services\nExperience in development of secure applications using the .NET Framework (4.x)\nExperience in C#, WebForms, MVC, Web API, ADO.NET, and Entity Framework\nExperience with web service and API development using SOAP/XML, REST, JSON, jQuery, Bootstrap, Ajax, and CSS\nStrong knowledge of Object-Oriented design concepts, principles, and patterns\nExperience with Agile/Scrum methodology\nMust be able to acquire a Public Trust security clearance\nApplicant must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship\nDesired Skills and Qualifications:\n Experience designing, supporting, or integrating healthcare or enterprise EDI solutions\nAdditional experience with HL7 interfaces, data transformations, and system-to-system integrations\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure, DevOps/CI-CD pipelines, and OWASP security practices\nExperience with GitHub or Git\nExperience creating and maintaining SQL tables, views, stored procedures, functions, and triggers\nExperience with SSDT and SSRS\nExperience with .NET Core / .NET\nExperience in SAFe Agile environments\nThe salary compensation range for this position is $65,000-$80,000. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.\nIn addition, U.S Citizenship is required.
