This position requires US Citizenship with an active IRS Minimum Background Investigation (MBI).\nResponsibilities\nBuild and maintain Developer Portal front-end: searchable API catalog, documentation display, usage guides, access request workflows, Section 508-compliant responsive UI\nIntegrate portal front-end with enterprise IAM systems and back-end automation workflows built by KP2\nPerform Section 508 / WCAG 2.1 accessibility validation for all portal deliverables prior to Government acceptance\nSupport usability, functional, regression, and security validation testing for portal capabilities\nRequired Qualifications\n4+ years ReactJS development in an enterprise or federal environment\nJava / Spring Boot back-end experience for portal API integration\nEnterprise IAM integration: SSO, OAuth2, SAML, OIDC, RBAC\nSection 508 / WCAG 2.1 accessibility compliance for web applications\nActive IRS Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) required\nThe salary compensation range for this position is $140,000 - $165,000. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.\nThis position is contingent upon contract award. Employment is not guaranteed and will proceed only if the associated contract is awarded and funded.\nIn addition, U.S Citizenship is required.
