This position is fully remote on government-furnished equipment, with core hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm Eastern.\n(Military Veterans and HUBZone residents are highly encouraged to apply)\nRole Overview\nDesigns, develops, and unit-tests custom interfaces, extensions, and integrations for the Oracle Cloud EPM solution, supporting build and release activities within the Agile development framework.\nKey Duties\nBuild and unit-test inbound data interfaces and automated load routines that run at least daily\nDevelop data transformation, validation, and error-handling logic for source feeds\nDevelop scripts and automation for EPM data loads, metadata updates, and scheduled jobs\nWrite automated unit and integration tests as part of each sprint\nStore configuration and credentials in encrypted credential management, never in source code\nFix defects found in system integration testing and user acceptance testing\nDocument interface designs and runbooks\nRequired Minimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field\n5+ years of software/interface development experience\nExperience with API-based integrations and middleware\nAgile/Scrum delivery experience\nProficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (for example, Python, Java, or Groovy) and SQL\nExperience with REST APIs, file-based integrations (such as SFTP), and data transformation\nExperience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines\nAbility to obtain and maintain a Tier 2 background investigation and CAC eligibility\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrior experience supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA) or Military Health System (MHS)\nOracle EPM data integration or EPM Automate experience\nMuleSoft or similar middleware experience\nExperience integrating with DoD financial or personnel systems\nThe compensation range for this position is $135,000 to $150,000. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to location, skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.\nIn addition, U.S Citizenship is required.
