customers\nAssist with domain registration and management including DNS and NS record updates\nCreate and troubleshoot VOIP lines for commercial customers including IVRs, timed routes and classes of service\nCreate, configure and troubleshoot commercial customer VLANs, IPs and links\nNetwork Troubleshooting:Investigate, log and resolve network related faults, ensuring stable and reliable internet connectivity for commercial customers\nCollaborate with the network operations team to identify and resolve network outages or performance issues affecting customers on the network\nTechnical Assistance:Guide commercial customers through the connection and configuration of network equipment, ensuring proper installation and functionality\nProvide technical assistance for various devices such as routers, switches and firewalls helping customers understand and optimize their networks\nIssue resolution:Document and track technical issues reported by commercial customers ensuring accurate records of incidents and resolutions\nEscalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and follow up to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction\nProduct knowledge:Stay up to date on the latest products, services, network topology and technologies used by the business\nContinuously enhance knowledge of networking protocols, hardware and software to provide effective support to commercial clients\nCustomer education:Educate commercial clients on best practices for network security, data protection and efficient use of internet services\nProvide training and resources to help
