and monthly sales targets as determined by management\nGenerate a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects and secure a minimum of 40 approved trial coffee machine placements per month\nMaintain a conversion rate of at least 30%, converting trial coffee machine placements into signed customer agreements\nDevelop and maintain strong customer relationships to maximise customer retention, repeat business and referral opportunities\nIdentify customer requirements and recommend tailored coffee solutions that meet operational and commercial needs\nEnsure all new customers meet the company's credit, risk, and quality standards to support sustainable long-term account growth\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date customer, prospect, and sales activity information on company systems\nDeliver a professional customer experience through excellent product knowledge, communication and sales presentation skills\nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding, equipment installations and service delivery\nParticipate in sales campaigns, promotions and strategic projects that support revenue growth and market expansion\nContinuously improve sales effectiveness by
