SUMMARY: Our client, one of South Africa's leading banks and a recognised leader in technical innovation and cutting-edge financial solutions, is seeking an accomplished IBM Lead Technical Business Automation Workflow (Software Engineer) to apply computer science theories, principals to create, refactor moderate to complex programs/scripts, integration software services. This role involves translating complex business and technical requirements into robust software solutions, including designing technical specifications, coding, testing, debugging and optimising applications within continuous delivery pipelines. Also be responsible for providing ongoing system support and maintenance, ensuring software solutions are scalable, reliable and aligned with established engineering practices, development standards, architectural frameworks, technology roadmaps and application architecture guidelines.
