This role is on-site and compensation will range from $80,000-100,000 per year based on experience.
Responsibility Profile:
Manage daily and long-term planning to create initiatives that further the company’s overall goals.
Coordinatedifferent teams to foster exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities.
Assess and analyzedepartmental budgets to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profits.
Inspireand motivateemployees to perform at their best through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives.
Communicatewith senior officials about shifting company priorities and projects.
Identify potential problems and points of friction and work to find solutions tomaximize efficiency and revenue.
Identify opportunities to expand or shift course totake advantage of changes in the market.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Three (3) years of transportation management experience.
One (1) year of supervisory experience.
High school diploma.
