In this role, you will operate a company-provided Mini-Van to transport students safely and reliably to and from school, programs, and related activities. This position requires a valid standard drivers license and a commitment to ensuring student safety, professionalism, and punctuality.\nThis position is working a split shift Monday - Friday at $20.00/hour.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSafely operatean mini-van in compliance with federal transportation regulations\n\nTransport students to and from school, field trips, and other approved destinations\n\nEnsure the safety and well-being of all student passengers during boarding, transit, and exiting\n\nPerform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections daily\n\nMaintain a clean, orderly, and safe vehicle environment\n\nFollow assigned routes and schedules with reliability and punctuality\n\nCommunicate effectively with dispatch, school staff, parents (as needed), and supervisors\n\nComplete required documentation such as mileage logs and incident reports\n\nRemain alert, attentive, and compassionate while supervising students on board\n\nRequirements:\nValid standard drivers license.\n\nMust meet all DMV and DOT requirements\n\nClean driving record and strong attendance history\n\nAbility to pass background check, drug screening, and DOT physical\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred\n\nStrong communicationand interpersonal skills\n\nAbility to work independently and maintainprofessionalism in all interactions\n\nBeacon Mobility is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
