Assign driver assignments that reflect knowledge and good judgment regarding employee skills and performance. \nMust be able to receive, record, retrieve and deliver messages accurately, clearly and pleasantly; routinely solve operational problems, while maintaining cordial, professional relations with guardians, clients, program staff, customer staff, and all Company employees. \nMaintain and reinforce compliance with Company policies through dispatch and direct observation; develop driver skills through discussion and example. \nPromote good performance through your positive support and recommend reassignment or appropriate discipline for non-compliance with Company rules or standards. \nSpend sufficient time behind the wheel to know the routes, the clients, the drivers, and the programs and facilities; observe and supervise drivers in action, provide emergency back-up for absent drivers. \nBuild and maintain a positive relationship with those you supervise; understand and address the challenges they face. \nDevelop and maintain a professional rapport with all of our customers which includes but not limited to; programs, guardians, special needs clients of all ages and customer contacts from the organizations with whom we contract. \nMaintain detailed and organized records to accurately perform monthly billing count \nQualifications:\nMust have prior supervising experience. \nMust be self-motivated, show initiative, and have a strong work ethic. \nExcellent customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and like solving problems. \nLearn the programs, clients, and employees sufficiently to determine appropriate assignments. \nEnjoy working with children. \nExhibit good technology skills; experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook), Google Chrome, Android tablets, etc. \nMust maintain a safe driving record and driver’s license and respond to coverage needs as required. \nMust be able to work comfortably in a small and busy office environment. \nMust be able to sit, stand, stretch, reach, lift and walk during an 8-hour shift. \nMust be flexible and adaptable with ever-changing assignments. \nFlexible schedule including early morning shifts. \nPay rate: $25/hour\nM-F 8 hrs scheduled from 5:30am to 6pm timeframe\nBeacon Mobility is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
