The role supports project coordination, delivery discipline, governance, and cross-functional alignment, working closely with internal teams, including Technology and Operations.\nWhat You'll Do\nPlanning & Initiation\nSupport the development of project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables\nMaintain project trackers and keep project information up to date\nTrack dependencies, risks, and potential issues that could affect delivery\nSupport resource and budget tracking across projects\nExecution & Control\nCoordinate with different teams to follow up on project activities, actions, and deadlines\nTrack progress against agreed timelines and flag delays or issues early\nFollow up with project owners to make sure agreed actions and deliverables are completed on time\nKeep project trackers, dashboards, and other project management tools up to date\nSupport the team in making sure deliverables meet agreed requirements and quality standards\nCommunication & Stakeholder Management\nPrepare regular project updates for internal teams and clients, covering progress, upcoming milestones, risks, and issues\nOrganize project meetings, including kick-offs, status meetings, and retrospectives\nTake clear meeting notes and track decisions and action items\nWork closely with clients and internal teams to keep communication clear and everyone aligned\nEscalate risks, delays, or issues to the relevant project leads when needed\nProject Close-Out\nSupport the sign-off and closure of completed projects\nMake sure project documents are complete, organized, and easy to access\nSupport post-project reviews and capture key lessons learned\nFollow up on agreed actions and improvements from completed projects\nWhat We're Looking For\nProfessional & Technical Strengths\nExperience supporting projects or working in a PMO/project coordination role, ideally in an international or multicultural environment with multiple stakeholders\nComfortable using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar\nGood understanding of project management approaches, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban\nExperience tracking project timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and action items across multiple projects or workstreams\nStrong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on actions\nGood communication skills and confidence working with different teams and stakeholders\nLeadership & Interpersonal Strengths\nAbility to collaborate with multicultural and geographically distributed teams\nHigh degree of autonomy and accountability (we operate within a hybrid work environment)\nHigh-ownership, go-getter mindset with relentless follow-through\nAbility to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex initiatives\nStrong personal presence with the ability to influence, align, and mobilize teams\nDirect, confident communicator across senior leaders, clients, and delivery teams\nResilient and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments\nCollaborative, results-driven with the ability to empower teams and deliver\nNice to Have\nExperience in energy, utilities, infrastructure, or cleantech\nExposure to grid management systems, SCADA, or analytics platforms\nPMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification\nFluency in French\nWhat theRecruitmentProcessLooksLike\nStep 1 -
