You will also lead executive-level client presentations, communicating insights on network performance, asset health, operational inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.\nYour work will enhance network visibility and asset management across critical infrastructure, including injection substations (ISS), feeders, distribution transformers (DTs), poles, and meters. By combining technical expertise with strong analytical and communication skills, you will help utility clients make data-driven decisions, optimize network performance, improve operational efficiency, and reduce technical and commercial losses.\nWhat You'll Do\n\nNetwork Mapping & Asset Management\nDigitize, update, and maintain accurate GIS data for electricity distribution assets, including HT/LT lines, distribution transformers (DTs), and injection substations (ISS)\n\nEstablish and enforce data quality standards to ensure reliable asset information across field operations and GIS platforms\n\nSpatial Analysis & Loss Reduction\nLeverage GIS tools to analyze feeder performance, customer distribution, network efficiency, and ATC&C losses\n\nDevelop spatial analyses and dashboards to identify high-loss areas, network inefficiencies, and opportunities for operational improvement\n\nTranslate technical findings into actionable insights and recommendations to improve network performance\n\nNetwork Planning & Modelling\nCollaborate with planning and operations teams to assess feeder loading, voltage drops, and network expansion opportunities using GIS-integrated power systems tools\n\nSupport network optimization initiatives, including distribution line routing, transformer placement, and load balancing\n\nClient Engagement & Executive Presentations\nLead executive-level presentations to utility clients, communicating insights on network performance, asset management, operational efficiency, and loss reduction\n\nDevelop compelling, executive-ready presentations and strategic recommendations that translate complex technical findings into clear business implications\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management\nServe as the primary liaison between utility clients, internal technology teams, field operations, and commercial stakeholders\n\nCoordinate data collection, validation, and integration across field teams and enterprise GIS platforms\n\nDocumentation & Performance Reporting\nMaintain accurate documentation of network architecture, GIS databases, asset inventories, and data updates\n\nPrepare periodic performance reports and management dashboards tracking operational KPIs, asset data quality, and project progress\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nProfessional & Technical Strengths\nDegree in electrical engineering\nProven experience in electricity generation and distribution\nExperience in GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS Desktop/Pro, QGIS, ArcGIS Utility Network)\nSolid understanding of electrical power distribution principles, network topologies (radial, ring, mesh), and equipment ratings\nExperience working with GPS/GNSS handheld data collectors and mobile GIS data collection tools (e.g., CAIMS, ArcGIS Field Maps, Survey123)\nAbility to manage multiple projects concurrently\nExcellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences\nLeadership & Interpersonal Strengths\nAbility to collaborate with multicultural and geographically distributed teams\nHigh degree of autonomy and accountability (we operate within a hybrid work environment)\nStrong organizational skills with a practical and structured approach to improving processes and day-to-day operations\nStrong time management and prioritization skills, able to juggle multiple tasks and shifting priorities\nProactive and self-driven, comfortable working in fast-moving environments where things evolve quickly\nStrong client-facing presence with the ability to communicate and present ideas clearly\nNice to Have\nExperience in a B2B technology, SaaS, or energy technology environment\nFamiliarity with grid management systems, utility software platforms, or energy sector technologies\nFluency in French\nWhat the Recruitment Process Looks Like\nStep 1-Application Review: Our Talent Acquisition team will review your application to evaluate your experience, qualifications, and overall suitability for the role.\nStep 2-Behavioral & Cognitive Assessments: If selected to move forward, you will complete behavioral and cognitive assessments.
