Located at a restored historical building, originally an 1883 textile factory, the AIRE experience consists of an unforgettable journey through sensations across the various baths with water at different temperatures that will transport you to the ancient times of the Roman, Greek, and Ottoman traditions.\nThe Role: As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining AIRE's exceptional standards of service and cleanliness. You will ensure an immaculate and welcoming environment for all guests in the locker room. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence will elevate the luxury experience AIRE is known for. You will also interact with clients at the beginning and end of their service, assisting them as they prepare to enter the bath area and providing support at the conclusion of their experience. Additionally, you will monitor locker room supplies, manage laundry, and ensure the locker room and common areas remain pristine throughout your shift. Key Responsibilities: Client Experience:\nEnsure the wellbeing of clients in the changing room area, overseeing their comfort, providing necessary products, and maintaining impeccable cleanliness and tidiness for client reception.\n\nAddress client queries and concerns, offering assistance to enhance their overall experience.\n\nUphold the highest standards of conduct in all activities, ensuring adherence to AIRE's style of dress, communication, and physical appearance requirements as per the company's grooming standards.\n\nLaundry & Facility Maintenance:\nCleaning and sanitizing locker rooms, showers, and other areas to meet high standards, promptly addressing maintenance issues.\n\nReplenishing toiletries, hygiene products, and other essentials, ensuring that all items are neatly arranged and accessible to guests.\n\nEmptying trash bins, replacing liners, and ensuring trash areas are odor-free and sanitary.\n\nSweeping and mopping floors to prevent dirt buildup, using appropriate cleaning agents for marble or tile surfaces, and keeping floors dry to ensure guest safety.\n\nCollecting used towels for laundering, restocking fresh towels, and maintaining organized towel displays for a polished look.\n\nThoroughly cleaning showers, sinks, toilets, and mirrors, sanitizing high-touch areas frequently, and censuren no water spots or soap residue.\n\nWiping down lockers, benches, and surfaces regularly to ensure they are spotless and free of dust, fingerprints, or smudges.\n\nCompliance & Safety:\nAdhere to all health and safety guidelines, ensuring a hygienic environment.\n\nMonitor locker room areas to maintain privacy, security, and tranquility for all guests.\n\nTeam Collaboration:\nMaintain a professional demeanor while effectively communicating with team members and management to address guest requests and resolve concerns.\n\nWho You Are:\nPrior experience in the hospitality, spa, or gym industry, is preferred.\n\nCustomer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.\n\nProfessional appearance and demeanor\n\nDetail-oriented with great organizational skills.\n\nAble to stand for long periods and lift up to 40lbs.\n\nWhy You Should Join Us:\nPay: $19/hour.\n\nUnited Healthcare Insurance: medical (major), dental, and vision.\n\nPTO - (5 days).\n\nSick days (7).\n\nGrowth opportunities.\n\nLife insurance.\n\n401K savings plan.\n\nCommuter Benefits Program.\n\nComplimentary Bath Experience (once a month).\n\nEmployee Bath Experience discounts (including friends/family).\n\nEmployee Perks Program (TicketsAtWork).\n\nEmployee Referral Bonus Program.\n\nEmployee discounts for Blink Fitness Gyms.\n\nTeam spirit is our greatest asset!
