The Company is in a high-growth phase, with an expanding pipeline of projects across key U.S. markets.\nPosition Overview\nThe Legal Contracts Manager will support Beale Infrastructure Group's growing legal team by managing the full contract lifecycle and helping scale the company's legal operations. This role will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering a wide range of commercial agreements while overseeing the company's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform and driving process improvements through automation and best practices.\nWorking closely with attorneys and cross-functional business partners, the Legal Contracts Manager will help mitigate risk, improve contract efficiency, and ensure legal processes support the company's rapid growth.
