The Company is in a high-growth phase, with an expanding pipeline of projects across key U.S. markets.\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking a results-driven, detail-oriented Recruiter to be the founding member of our recruiting team owning the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business functions.\nIf you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, possess exceptional communication skills, take pride in delivering top-tier hiring manager and candidate experiences, we would love to connect with you!\nOverview\nOwn full-cycle recruiting for roles across the company\nPartner closely with business leaders to deeply understand hiring needs and deliver qualified talent efficiently\nProactively identify, pipeline, and qualify talent based on job requirements, business priorities, and defined competencies\nBuild trusted relationships with candidates and senior stakeholders - advising on tradeoffs, and bringing data and market intelligence that sharpens hiring decisions\nOwn our ATS (Greenhouse) as the go-to expert \nCreate recruiting dashboards to track progress and manage overall candidate flow\nQualifications\n4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience\nProven ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, to drive hiring outcomes\nStrong track record of delivering against goals in fast-paced, high-volume environments with a high bar for execution\nComfortable navigating ambiguity and managing competing priorities under pressure\nConsultative, data-informed approach - bringing market intelligence, competitive insights, and pipeline analytics to every hiring manager conversation\nProficiency with AI recruiting tools, Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter\nKey Responsibilities: \nRecruitment & Strategy\nLead the end-to-end recruiting process-from intake calls and sourcing to offer negotiation and closing-across various roles and departments.\nPartner closely with hiring managers to understand team structures, talent needs, and key role requirements to build targeted hiring strategies.\nProactively source active and passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and industry networks.\nStakeholder & Candidate Experience\nDeliver a high-touch, memorable candidate experience, ensuring candidates feel informed, respected, and engaged at every stage of the funnel.\nEducate and partner with hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview tactics, market trends, and SLA commitments.\nConduct thorough screen interviews to assess qualifications, alignment with company values, and candidate motivations.\nScheduling & Operations\nManage interview scheduling and coordination (e.g., phone screens, interviews loops, debriefs), maintaining a smooth and efficient process.\nMaintain rigorous ATS hygiene in Greenhouse, tracking candidate progress, interview feedback, and recruitment analytics.\nEnsure clear, proactive written and verbal communications with candidates, interview panels, and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.\nDemonstrate a proactive mindset with the ability to pivot, adapt to changing priorities, and resolve scheduling or process bottlenecks efficiently.\nReports to: VP, People\nLocation: Seattle, WA (hybrid in office 2-3 days/week)\nTotal Compensation Range: $140,000 - $160,000 (+ annual performance bonus)\nBeale offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.
