We’re backed by Y Combinator, Tiger Global, and prominent developer-tool founders, including the founder of Snyk and the former CTO of GitHub.\nAbout the role\nAI companies that need a few dozen to a few hundred GPUs have a hard time getting them. The largest providers prioritize bigger deals, and the rest of the supply is spread across hundreds of datacenters worldwide. Beam closes that gap.\nWe’re hiring a Compute Partnerships Manager to match customer demand with that supply. You’ll bring new suppliers on, move their contracts to signature, and keep track of every deal from the first call until the capacity is live. You’ll work with our sales, engineering and legal teams and report directly to our CEO.\nYou’ll be talking with suppliers every week. You’ll own deals that involve a lot of moving parts and see each one through to delivery.\nWhat you’ll work on\nFind and onboard new GPU suppliers (neoclouds, independent datacenters, OEMs) to add capacity and diversify where it comes from\nRun first calls with prospective suppliers and collect hardware specs, pricing, availability and delivery dates\nCheck each supplier’s configuration against what our customers need (GPU type, network fabric, location, operator) and flag gaps before anything gets quoted\nCoordinate KYC and export screening before anyone signs\nKeep supplier profiles and the capacity tracker current as new information comes in\nMap the market and find new partners among datacenters, GPU operators and OEMs\nWrite and maintain supplier-facing material: one-pagers, proposals and decks\nWhat we’re looking for\n2-4 years in partnerships, deal desk, BD or a similar coordination-heavy role, ideally in infrastructure, cloud or marketplace businesses\nAn existing network among datacenter operators, neoclouds or hyperscalers\nYou can handle a high volume of contracts, follow-ups and trackers without anything slipping\nYou write clearly and negotiate firmly\nYou take ownership and move without waiting to be asked\nNice to have\nExposure to AI/ML workloads or GPU hardware\nExperience redlining contracts or working a deal desk\nYou can read a BOM or a spec
