form!\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Position: Project Engineer\n\nJob Location: Ogba - Ikeja, Lagos\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nResponsibilities\n\nProject Planning:\n\n Prepares Budget and time schedules for Projects.\n\n Prepares Project Design Drawings, Shop Drawings and “As Built Drawing\n\n Ensure Proper handling of Company Tools and Equipment as well as Maintenance.\n\n Reads and understands Contract Documents\n\nFinancial Management:\n\n Monitors and controls allotted Resources for effective, efficient and timely service delivery.\n\n Adheres strictly to Cost Monitoring Procedure.\n\n Liaises with Superior / General Manager to ensure provision of necessary resources for Project Delivery\n\nProject/Site Coordination:\n\n Provides Technical Evaluation of Sub-contractors and commercial inputs.\n\n Attends site meetings with Clients and other Contractors on site.\n\n Ensures compliance with and implementation of Quality Control procedure for all incoming materials.\n\n Delegates authority and ensures subordinates are adequately engaged.\n\n Supervise the Technician and Sub-Contractors on site during Installation.\n\n Ensures cordial relationships with Clients.\n\nProject Reporting:\n\n Ensures regular preparation and submission of project progress reports on agreed format and at agreed time.\n\n Creates effective communication and feedback systems for interfaces\n\nProject Monitoring:\n\n Monitors progress of Projects and resolves all Project matters timely\n\n Measures Performance of Subordinates\n\nProject Implementation:\n\n Manages unforeseen crisis to ensure successful Project execution\n\nProject Design:\n\n Develops and supervise the draughting of Drawings for Specific Projects\n\n Develops Bill of Quantities for Projects from shop drawings and from Consultant / Clients drawings for the purpose of tendering .\n\nTendering:\n\n Assists in Tendering Processes.\n\n Provide Technical Support to the Proposal and Business Development
