As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients in the implementation, customisation, and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. You will play a key role in understanding clients' business requirements and translating them into effective technology solution\nKey responsibilities: \nCollaborate with clients to analyse their business processes, requirements, and objectives, and provide guidance on how to leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to meet their needs.\nConfigure, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including customisations, integrations, and extensions.\nConduct system assessments, identify gaps, and develop strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of clients' existing systems.\nProvide guidance to clients' end-users on the effective use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.\nStay updated with the latest developments and features in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, and proactively share knowledge and insights with the team.\nOffering recommendations on best practices and industry standards in relation to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies.\nAbout you:\nMinimum of 5 years experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant or a similar role, working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or the Power Platform.\nKnowledge and hands-on experience with configuring, customising, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform solutions.\nHold relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Developer Associate, or similar.\nFamiliarity with public sector implementations and compliance requirements is a plus.\nExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex business processes and provide effective solutions.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.\nSelf-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a strong team player.\nFlexibility to work in a hybrid work environment, with the ability to be present in the office when required.\nIf you are a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and make a significant impact, we would love to hear from you. \nWhy you will enjoy working at BearingPoint Ireland?\nWe work in an open and collaborative way, where new ideas are always welcome.
