Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to contribute to the design of complex software systems, focusing on scalability, performance, and maintainability.\nSoftware Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions using various programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets the company's coding standards and best practices.\nProject Execution: Contribute to the execution of critical projects or initiatives. Assist in defining project goals and timelines, and manage tasks effectively. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.\nProblem Solving and Troubleshooting: Analyze complex technical problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues promptly. Conduct post-mortem analyses to identify areas of improvement.\nCollaboration and Communication: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, providing updates on project status, challenges, and recommendations.\nQuality Assurance: Ensure the quality and reliability of software through the implementation of testing strategies, code reviews, and continuous integration practices. Drive a culture of quality and establish robust testing processes. Advocate for the use of automated testing and other quality assurance best practices.\nInnovation and Learning: Stay up to date with the latest technologies, tools, and industry trends. Contribute to innovation initiatives, evaluate new technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance development efficiency, product quality, and user experience.\nPerform other related duties or specialized areas as assigned.\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nNone.\nRequired Skills/Abilities/Qualifications:\nSignificant professional experience as a software engineer, with a focus on complex software development, preferably in a large-scale, fast-paced environment.\nProficiency in multiple programming languages such as Golang, Python, or others\nStrong understanding of data structures, algorithms, software design principles, and architectural patterns.\nExperience with distributed systems, cloud computing, and related technologies.\nDemonstrated technical leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor junior engineers.\nExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.\nStrong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to drive projects, make informed decisions, and deliver high-quality results.\nPassion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning.\nPreferred Skills/Abilities/Qualifications:\nExperience with Terraform or other IaC technologies.\nExperience with Docker, Kubernetes or similar technologies.\nExperience with gRPC, Protocol Buffers and API design.\nEducation/Experience:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n2~5 years of experience\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
