Join us in shaping the future of fitness and make our bold vision a reality - one heartbeat at a time.\nYou will:\nOwn elements of the end-to-end product lifecycle for BEAT81 fitness experiences, from discovery to delivery and iteration\nBuild new features and products from scratch\nDefine and evolve product vision and roadmap that inspire our users to keep coming back\nLead continuous customer discovery to deeply understand users’ needs\nCollaborate closely with software and hardware engineering and design to deliver high-quality, user-centered experiences\nYou’ll work closely with the founder and product leadership to build the team from the ground up; this role is for someone who enjoys shaping structures.\nPrioritize initiatives using customer insights, product data, and business impact\nAct as a key partner to stakeholders and leadership, driving alignment and clarity\nTake full ownership of outcomes, measuring success and continuously improving the product\nYou have: \n4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a startup or scale-up environment\nA strong track record of partnering closely with engineering and design teams, applying solid product practices such as roadmapping and prioritization\nProven ownership in defining and shaping product strategy and long-term vision\nHands-on experience leading customer discovery and making decisions grounded in user and product data\nExcellent stakeholder management skills, including clear and confident executive communication\nAI-native product development knowledge: confidently use AI to go beyond analysis and daily workflow optimization - rapidly prototyping product experiences and testing ideas with working software and real users.
