mission\nAccompagné(e) par notre équipe de Réception, vous participerez activement à :\nL’accueil et l’accompagnement personnalisé de notre clientèle internationale.\n\nLa gestion des arrivées et des départs (check-in / check-out).\n\nLe traitement des demandes clients et la coordination avec les autres services de l’hôtel.\n\nL’encaissement et la facturation.\n\nLa participation au suivi quotidien de l’activité de la réception.\n\nVotre profil\nObligatoirement étudiant(e) dans une école hôtelière conventionnée avec la Suisse.\n\nExpérience préalable en hôtellerie de luxe un atout.\n\nMaîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.\n\nExcellente présentation, dynamique, rigoureux(-se) et doté(e) d’un excellent sens du relationnel.\n\nConnaissance du PMS
