hands-on role, you will manage a portfolio of commercial clients, strengthen existing partnerships and identify opportunities to grow revenue through new business, referrals, cross-selling and upselling.\nYou’ll work closely with customers throughout their buying journey, providing knowledgeable advice, accurate quotations and a high level of service from the initial conversation through to project delivery.\nThe Role\nYour key responsibilities will include:\nManaging and growing a portfolio of commercial accounts\nDeveloping strong relationships and becoming a trusted adviser to clients\nIdentifying new business opportunities within the commercial building sector\nPromoting Beaumont Tiles’ full range of tiles, bathroomware, stone, hard flooring and trade products\nCross-selling and upselling products and services to existing customers\nPreparing detailed quotations and client presentations\nMaintaining accurate customer information and activity within the CRM\nAttending client meetings, industry functions and networking events as required\nWorking closely with Customer Service, Operations, Design, Showroom and Finance teams to support seamless project delivery\nProviding consistent follow-up and a positive customer experience\nThe role is focused on managing commercial accounts, generating new sales, providing high-quality customer service and maintaining accurate quotations and CRM
