coordinate projects, manage quotes and pricing, qualify sales leads and deliver a great experience for our customers.\nThis is a varied role where you’ll work closely with our Business Development and Account Management teams, supporting everything from lead generation and quoting through to product sampling, stock coordination and large commercial projects.\nTHE ROLE...\nReporting to the State Sales Manager, you’ll play an important part in keeping our sales operations organised, accurate and moving forward.\nDay to day, you’ll:\nIdentify and qualify new sales leads before handing them across to BDMs\nSupport commercial and townhouse projects, including scheduling and project date management\nPrepare quotes, review specifications and coordinate project sampling\nAssist BDMs and Account Managers with pricing, measures and smaller project quotes\nManage sales opportunities and information through Pipedrive\nCoordinate stock checks, purchase orders, product availability and shortages\nSupport Large Order Form (LOF) and order management processes\nWork closely with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve issues quickly\nAssist with sales reporting, account setup and general sales administration\nHelp improve processes and maintain a high level of customer
